Ever had one of those days where you feel like you’re piecing together a jigsaw puzzle, but you’re missing half the pieces? That’s how I felt tackling LinkedIn Pinpoint #594. I stared at the clues: Skills, Interests, Education, Experience, and References (upon request). At first, I was convinced I was chasing the wrong thing altogether. I mean, who even thinks about resumes when you hear those words?
